      Pros

      Employee discount. No overtime you get to leave on time.

      Cons

      Its all about the numbers and not enough employee appreciation for the hard work you do. Very hostile work environment. Management makes you feel incompetent. High turn over rate. Don't waste your time as there is no room for growth. Pay is not enough for the work you do.

      Pros

      The paychecks always clear the bank and there's a fair amount of support from other locations when needed.

      Cons

      There's a major lack of support from upper management...like a big gaping hole. If you need anything its an act of Congress....so we have to work 3 times as hard to get the job done but it no overtime. Also....if you're interested in the tuition assistance program...technically you're eligible on your first day on the job....however this is not the case.

      Pros

      Loved my job duties, the people I worked with, Working with the public in person and over the phone. Close to home, Monday thru Friday Day. Great Benefits

      Cons

      No salary increase Ever!!! for over 3 years and to this day they have still not received one. The corporate office was to cut off from the front lines. Old management and stale employees needed fresh blood.
