Can work unbothered all day independently

Cons

Management sucks! Will do anything to make budget. Shows favoritism to the ones that cheat the system. Management mingles with employees in a very unprofessional manner. Most employees are unhappy but stay just to have a job. Lets 1 employee work from home that he likes and it looks like goes beyond liking at work.
