Unachievable goals set by company. Raises and bonuses giving out buy achieving those goals. A win win for them. Suburban has a history of only being concerned about the stock holder. Employees are the last thing the worry about.

Overcharging customers while having to justify price gauging with the expectation of keeping every customer. Empty promised incentives for up selling. Interoffice drama, similar to the movie Horrible Bosses, yet this is not a comedic experience. Finally, there is no job security whatsoever. Witnessed innumerable lay offs, mass firing, unfair treatment of employees and intentional mistreatment to push older employees out the door who would otherwise be capable of continuing to work. Overall very poor place to work.
