Pros

Truly enjoy most of the people I work with - if not for them would of been gone long ago.

Cons

No raises - close facilities bring in additional work. IMPOSSIBLE to do your job. Customers lose out - real shame sad to see what has been done.

Pros

A steady secure job in a well thought out and regulated work environment. The pay scale was good and the hours were steady.

Cons

Most of the work is outside so you need to be ready to deal with any kind of weather. The work day is very regulated sometimes too regulated. Dispatch would map out a route and you were expected to follow it even if it was the not best way to do that days work. Often I would find myself working across the street from a stop I did days before.

Ridiculously High Turnover

Pros

Not a single pro can be said for this Hellhole.

Cons

The "Suburban Contact Center" AKA Glorified Answering Service is the WORST place I have EVER worked at. You talk about being a Corporate Slave. They monitor your every move in that Hellhole and your're based on a Point System. You acquire both positive and negative points and if you get so many negative points , (ie: calling in equals 2 neg points) you're terminated. God forbid you fall ill that's 2 negative points. If Suburban expects perfect attendance maybe they should consider hiring robots. Then they wonder why they have a ridiculously high turnover rate.
