In N Ca area, newer equipment, and the people are great together.

Cons

Poverty wages are insulting to the employees, benefits go down & prices go up every year, yet many times no merit raises. Only some offices are nice others look like they are still in the 70"s. Prices for products are not competitive with other companies. Budgets are not realistic. .

-Good work life balance, leave at 5 -Supportive co-workers and very nice people -Good feedback for completed work -cafeteria supplies easy access to quick food

Cons

-low pay -not a lot of room for growth -school like atmoshpere where everything is watched closely and very little freedom -micromanagement

Cons

i was a driver for suburban propane for over 6 years. As a driver i got a torn rotator cuff and needed surgery and when i got ready to go back to work, they said they did not need me anymore. So be careful and not get hut.
