Pros

A steady secure job in a well thought out and regulated work environment. The pay scale was good and the hours were steady.

Cons

Most of the work is outside so you need to be ready to deal with any kind of weather. The work day is very regulated sometimes too regulated. Dispatch would map out a route and you were expected to follow it even if it was the not best way to do that days work. Often I would find myself working across the street from a stop I did days before.

Pros

Exercise, use of company vehicles, worked along side nice people.

Cons

Laid me off after I got into a car accident, and blamed it on slow work for the season to make them look good.
