Business Outlook
Pros
It pays more than unemployment, it has good benifits. You are out of work by 5 pm the latest, and in the summer months they have summer hours. This giving some the chance to work a 4 day week.
Cons
It is a SEVERE hostile work environment. People go home crying every night. Overtime is ridiculous. People are rude and backstabbing. Human Resources do not help in matters, and make it worse. I filed a complaint, the manager spread the word that it was me, the department (only time ever working together) banded against me. In a one week period I had one coworker say one word to me. They forced me out. This is the most childish and abusive place I have ever worked.
