Work is Slow during the summer

The managers micro manage, there are people that have worked here 20 years and have never gotten a raise, they hire new workers at a higher pay rate than current workers, you're expected to know how to do more things in the office than the actual manager knows how to do, they expect you to work through your lunch and your breaks
