Pros

They allow you to do things right. Nobody will come to the job site and tell you to cut corners for time’s sake or do something to screw a customer. If you can do your job well, you get left alone. Company vehicle is great. The variety of work I do is great.

Cons

Hours can be tough. On call gets tough. Management doesn’t seem to grasp the physical realities of propane distribution outside of bobtails and gallons sold. For instance the bulk plants don’t get the attention they need. Compensation is alright but could be better.

None - so much shady stuff going on.

Cons

Not a good company to work for. Lot of unprofessionalism and definitely does not care about their customers. Most managers didn't have a clue about customer service and/or how to train their department.

Nothing good about this company except the drivers.

Cons

The managers were gross. They used employees who willing to work hard and claimed all of their work as their own. They would leave early and play on their phones all day. They lied to corporate all the time and used lower employees as scapegoats to get what they want.
