Great people to work with; co-workers who possess good work ethic. Positive work environment with open door communication and Management who genuinely care about the work conditions and happiness of employees. Decent benefits and time off. Opportunities to advance.

Cons

Lack of work/life balance. Hybrid/Remote work frowned upon. Antiquated technology and approach to work, slow to innovate work systems or implement processes that could allow for higher productivity and better work/life balance.

Coworkers are friendly. Industry might be relatively recession proof.

Cons

Their motto is "Our business is customer satisfaction" which is a joke. All smoke and mirrors. The Call Center stresses being pleasant instead of being honest and professional. Dozens of local offices are dysfunctional across the country and many more are totally incompetent. Price gouging is common. Corporate policies for pricing, locking the tanks, emergency deliveries and emergency services are based on flawed metrics. Little is uniform nationwide. It's almost as if each local office were a franchise doing what ever it pleases. Autofill is a big sales selling point and is a joke - autofill is failing big time. Getting an emergency delivery on Christmas was a big selling point - Christmas 2022 at the Call Center was a total, complete fiasco. I was there.

Driver apprentice program got me my cdl B. I recommend getting your CDL then getting out

Cons

Insane management. They expected drivers to to work on propane systems outside of what the drivers propane license aloud. Management expects you to break the law. If you work on systems without the required license you are personally held liable by the state of Maine not suburban.
