They had decent time off. If you could ever get the time to use it that is.

Everything. Low pay, mediocre benefits, horrible leadership, trucks that are holding on by a thread, and the list goes on.

I can't find any pros.

Cons

Hostile environment. Management thinks yelling is best practice to get their way. Pay is horrible. Workers are very stressed, overworked , abused verbally, bullied and harassed. There is no recognition for your good performance.

Terrible place to work. The culture they have created for there drivers is toxic.

Four day on three days off

Cons

On call for one to two weeks at a time depending on drivers. The pay is terrible for all the sacrifices you must make. Management has created an extremely toxic culture for the drivers. Fixing problems is a joke. They just keep passing problems to the next driver. Your a jack of all trades at this job. Meaning you’ll do everything for this company. I have witnessed first hand senior drivers being bullied by management.
