They overworked you and when,you couldn't keep the other CSR woukd go to,the manager to report you pulling you away hence increasing the work load. Once / week,you were recorded, brought into office then very condescendingly informed of every little detail you did not follow through correctly om

I loved the job and my co-workers

Cons

Upper management could care less about there employees or customers! I also hated going into someone's house knowing that Suburban Propane was gouging them on repair fees! They treat their employees and customers like they are all replaceable
