Pros

Free HALF a sandwich during your break thats about it

Cons

1. Employees steal your tips, especially since many of these are franchise owned by a family. 2. Minimum wage 3. no overtime 4. no benefits 5. very long work hours and your back will hurt like crazy, too much for a human to handle 6. Working here as a college student was the worst mistake I have ever don in my life, it made me very depressed and I wish I could go back in time and never accept the job. PLEASE AVOID. Horrible franchised company. 7. Rats all around in the backroom and they poop on food, and we still have to serve it to customers

-Anyone can get hired (mixed bag of committed, efficient coworkers and the lazy...more of the latter is hired) -No drug test -Expectation to work understaffed and on breaks -low pay and no tips and no employee discount -District managers that treat you like trash -Very determined to keep all workers off of full time to avoid giving benefits
