Pros

Subway offers a lot of face to face customer interaction. This is great for building communication skills. There is a lot of team work involved within the store to make sure tasks are accomplished quickly while still maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Cons

Starting off can be difficult as some customers do not appreciate you "learning" the ropes with their sandwiches. As a Manager, the stresses of the job are hardly worth the pay. There is also no health insurance or benefit packages offered. Some customers will also treat you as a second class citizen because you work in food service.

Pros

It's a fun place to work with not just fellow employees, but customers as well. Everyone is always happy and willing to serve each person to their needs.

Cons

There are times where the work load can simply be too much and it may be a very unpleasant place to work.

Pros

Subway was an enjoyable place to work, especially for a first job. Management was very fair and treated everyone with respect and fairness.

Cons

For a first job, Subway was a good place to work. I don't think I would have worked here if it wasn't a first job.
