Toxic Administration

Pros

The technicians, interns, and BCBAs are friendly. The kids are great.

Cons

Management is terrible. Toxic administration. They let go of employees for no reason. They pre-plan your termination when they hire you. They use you only for the time they need and then let you go, leaving you with no income and depression. If you want a consistent income for your family, don’t trust this company. They will make a fool out of you and leave you unemployed.

Pros

Co workers, working with kids, BCBA on site

Cons

Management was horrible, didn’t get hours I was promised, hired me and let me work for two weeks and convinced me to leave my last position to work full time for them and then fired me after two weeks of working due to my background check. After only working for two weeks and never seeing my work for herself , the manager said she cut my hours due to hearing my therapy wasn’t up to expectations and when I asked for specific examples of what I did wrong all she said was just fix what is lagging and I’ll give you your full hours back. How am I supposed to fix what I’m doing wrong if you’re giving me a vague answer like that? Manager was very gossipy and unprofessional and didn’t know how to run a business. Complained about my work after only knowing me for two weeks but the rest of staff were mostly young kids who spent most of there time going on walks with clients or chatting with each other. No real therapy went on over there.
