Awful Management at South Riding Location

Higher Pay than most centers around the area

Cons

- Scheduling was done the night before, or day of. Many of the RBTs didn't know which child they were going to be with until 10 minutes before. - There was no Office Admin at the time, and they were refusing to hire one due to "budget issues". - They scheduled a client outside of the 10 mile radius for in-home sessions, which is against company policy. - They were not following the Overtime Pay Process and refused to pay the legal rate to their employees - Management continued to intervene in sessions and affect the treatment plan. There was lack of knowledge behind how ABA works, thus behaved inappropriately around the children. - Management left a child unattended without another RBT or supervisor present due to lack of staff and overscheduling.

Pros

Great support from BCBA’s. Ongoing training throughout your time. Better pay than most companies but benefits are not the best. Kids are amazing!

Cons

Nepotism in the company. Unethical billing practice. Management is not receptive to feedback without taking it personally. Not willing to collaborate with others and tends to have the mentality her way or the highway. There is no diversity or inclusions. People feel uncomfortable about telling management to use their preferred pronouns.
