Cons

No bonuses, hours can be long working salary, benefits are not the best, managers can sometimes be hard to reach, not enough structure set in place for customer paperwork cutoffs

The Company has a good health insurance plan as well other benefits. They also do great stuff when it come to employee appreciation.

Cons

The salary is joke and to get a raise it like 20 to 40 cent depending on the budget for each department. Overworked and too little pay
