Pros

Free parking, breakfast and they do offer fun activities for employees.

Cons

Workers that put in hours do not get paid enough. Salaried managers who only work 25 hours a week get bonuses and praised for the little work that they do. Benefits are a joke, they will try to blame it on Obamacare but they're really looking out for the company and not the employee. Too much of a good old boy network. If you're young, you are treated as such and no room for growth.

I personally earned a lot of experience working for the company. If the opportunity arises they will entrust a lot of responsibility and tasks. It's known that during the summer time there is a lot of business so there is plenty to do.

Cons

Upper management is very political. Older management doesn't seem to understand change and how to advance. The various software programs that they use makes it difficult to communicate which causes the most problems. They need to advance and become more singular.
