Team works together, can be serious and unserious at the same time (making jokes), training stays up-to-date. You get to know how you're contributing to the overall success of the company with bi-weekly meetings. Constructive criticism. Flexible with hours, especially when you have health issues.

Cons

not too many cons. i do think the hiring process leans towards you got to know somebody there to be promoted faster.
