I’ve been reflecting on my experience, and honestly, I’m struggling to identify any pros to working for this company

Just a heads-up: this company has a tight-knit culture, and it might be challenging to fit in if you don’t align with the existing favorites. It’s worth considering before you apply. I noticed that there seemed to be a favoritism within the management team, which was quite apparent in certain situations. It might be beneficial for the company to reassess the roles of higher-paid employees to ensure alignment with overall goals and performance. Suddath is currently experiencing significant layoffs, which seems to be largely influenced by the costs associated with higher-paid management.
