      Pros

      Fun culture, busy, a lot of useful technology, very innovative

      Cons

      There is limited career growth opportunities although they will say otherwise. It's very political, if you know the "right people" or have connections, you can do great. If you do not, there is no use for you on certain teams. The managers are too busy and micromanaged, they cannot spend time getting to know their lower level employees or mentor when needed. Too many different directions happening at once.

      Great marketing, Florida president is awesome

      Cons

      Poor management, organization and oversight. Technology is not being leveraged. Leaders are disturbingly incapable of managing their people. Incredibly hard working without any knowledgement from upper management. The company does not work smart.
