Pros

The company is nationwide. They are happy to help relocate and move around if you show interest in moving to other parts of the country. They usually take care of their employees and the hours are not terrible.

Cons

The upper management does not always seem to know what is going on. Pay should be commensurate with experience but they do not always do that an an entry level salary is across the board for everyone.
