      One of the best atmospheres I've ever experienced. Everyone, regardless of position, is extremely nice and talkative. The company really tries to further their employees development

      Long hours, expected to be working by 8am. Somewhat of a competitive environment, which isn't always bad but can be concerning

Suffolk recognizes and rewards hard work and upper management is always involved with all employees and projects looking for ways to improve or assist. Direct managers work with their staff to develop the foundation and building blocks towards a successful career. Experienced management constantly works to pass on their knowledge to the younger generations.
