      Hard to progress as a woman

      Pros

      Decent pay - still less for females.

      Cons

      No work life balance and even though company claims diversity the good ol boys club in LA is very strong. Hard for females to progress and get equal pay& opportunities.

      Pros

      Flexibility in schedule, fantastic gym, great people! The food is great as there is only one cafe in house, workers are friendly in cafe.

      Cons

      No room for growth, poor location and we’ve hit a ceiling on personal and profession growth. No trajectory, no loyalty, lack of promoting within in all departments. Lots of turnover lately as well.

      The company will give you as much opportunity as you can handle.

      Cons

      They say they care about there people but they don't. It is a revolving door with employees. I had 3 General Managers, 4 Chief Estimators & countless Project Executives during my tenure. The executives do not give enough time for new ventures to be successful. New ventures take time & they expect results over night.
