      Pros

      Competitive salaries and good “perks” (if you can find the time to use them)great challenging projects, committed CEO.....

      Cons

      Everyone in JFF’ EC circle are in it for themselves.....they take full advantage to make others look bad so that they make themselves look great..... certain people show favor to take care of the elite “prime group” for Career Starts and let others fend for themselves. It’s a joke program. new EC members are slowing getting a reputation of not engaging with people here and firming silos.

      If you are young and directly out of college this would be the right place to start as you learn a lot.

      As a women they do not like to promote there is a ceiling. Bunch old white men in mgmt.
