      Lack of management

      Pros

      Good pay. PTO, but you get looked down upon when you take it.

      Cons

      The culture has become very back stabbing. PEx running projects are not qualified and understand how to manage people. You can’t trust HR, because they tell everything to upper management. Performance reviews are a joke. They try to pigeon hold those that don’t drink kool aid. Promote those who are buddies and hang out together in off hours.

      Executive Committee in disarray

      Pros

      The company is not afraid to overpay employee's to keep them from leaving.

      Cons

      The company hires and fires at the executive level almost monthly. The only tenured EC staff members are incompetent and buffer the CEO from what is really happening in the company. If you try to get advice to the CEO and are discovered by the EC, you will be fired. Over 150 executive level employee's have been walked out over the last ten years.

      people and culture are good

      Cons

      For a company that had people on their "forefront "of their core. I was fired because I was on a leave of absence due to cancer. After my last surgery and on remission I got a call from my manager and fired me. My position got filled by someone "cancer free" like I am now.
