      There are some great people that work there.

      Cons

      - HR team has a lot of turn over (which is odd since its HR there should be good culture there) - specifically the TA team. - There were favorites based on who your father is and how rich you are - hard work doesn’t get noticed, your last name does - No diversity with higher up management

      Worklife balanced not balanced

      Decent pay but at the end, not worth it.

      Cons

      Leadership is overbearing. Does not respect worklife balance. A co workers grandmother was passing away and the executive told him that work is more important than going to see your grandmother in the hospital.
