Pros

Time off is exceptional for salary employees with a flexible PTO policy. Working conditions are good. Health insurance and other miscellaneous insurance and benefits are top notch. Top systems for training, programs, onboarding etc.

Cons

You only get promoted here if your friends with your manager or upper management outside of work. When addressed with HR, they turn a blind eye. Way too much drama and favoritism. They are more focused on their brand than their people

Pros

Phenomenal people and culture. The vast majority of the employees love their role and more importantly love working with other people. Very flexible with working with your needs within reason.

Cons

The construction industry is brutal hours. Not just at Suffolk but you get an honest return (salary, title, networking) on the hours you put in. I average 11 hours a day at Suffolk on the job site within operations.

Pros

Hiring process was streamlined and the company vision was cast from the first call. Onboarding process is second to none. The company culture is one that is inclusive and people first. The company is a true leader in the construction industry.

Cons

I have not experience anything in my time yet that would classify as a "Con".
