Culture & Core values - Passion Integrity Handwork Professionalism and most of all Caring. Co-workers and management that I come in contact with, from John Fish down, genuinely care about you. At Suffolk, an induvial is able to rise in the company as high as they are able. The company provides on line and in person learning and training and mentoring. The 2 yr Career Start Program for new hires is one of best in the industry. It was said to me by an engineer in the industry , that they noticed "an induvial comes out of Suffolk's program and actually knows something."

Cons

Construction is a schedule driven industry and an induvial must be able to work with dead lines.

Pros

The support you get from everyone is amazing. The teamwork aspect creates an awesome environment. There is always someone to help you no matter what you need. Upper management truly cares about their employees and are attentive when they speak.

Cons

There are not many. Long hours sometimes, but that is the nature of the business.
