Pros

They fly you to New York and put you up. If you're a fan of the Big Apple or if you've never been, it's a treat.

Cons

Management lacks focus, managers will often speak to employees in a disrespectful tone, product selection is skint, training program is an indoctrination course that doesn't prepare employees for the salesfloor

Pros

THE PAY (Depends how much of a thick skin you have) 20 percent discount Free unwanted suits **occasionally** (if they like you... you can have the damages and MTM suits people refuse)

Cons

Where do I start.. rude, inconsiderate, Theory X upper management. Will yell at you often, very often.... one person says one thing while another says something else. Beware of being terminated for anything. They fired 5 people in 6 months. imagine that. Many Suitsupply employees stay there less than a year. Many realized they need to make as much money as they can and leave before you are fired or snap. Up to you if you think its worth demeaning yourself for cash.

Pros

Incredible merchandise, free coffee, and an awesome price point. That's about where it ends.

Cons

As a whole, Suitsupply is incredibly disorganized, largely as a result of their artificially top heavy bureaucracy. Suitsupply tells a large portion of its US staff that they are responsible for some task or duty, whereas they've told 15 other employees the same thing. As a result, you have 15 'superiors' from across the country telling you how to complete a task 15 different ways. Most of these 'superiors' don't have any clue what their doing, nor any real training; they merely spout orders because they think they will gain some sort of title or status by doing so. Your days are spent doing and undoing the same menial tasks, while huge issues go by uncorrected. When you've undone something, expect to be yelled at by the CEO, regional manager, store manager, training manager, visual person, or whoever told you to do it the first time. Expect to be yelled at by the person telling you to fix it. Expect to be yelled at a lot. Training is not actually educational, but is more an exercise in dominance.
