Pros

Associates are smart, kind, and great to work with. There isn't a feeling of a hierarchy or pecking order. Relaxed and professional work environment. Best company culture I have ever experienced, no comparison. Appreciation for work efforts and extra time put in is communicated. There's a strong pride tying your name to this company and being associated with it's brand. Great benefits. I read a review about a "passive aggressive" work environment with "lashing out". Not my experience at all. Any mistakes I've made were addressed in a productive way, and the tone is "how do we move forward". Just need to be willing to work with your mistakes. Off season is around the big holidays- easy to take time off.

Cons

Could be a con - expect to work hard and put in more than 40hrs a week, especially peak season. The company is spread out around the US, so I don't get the opportunity to interact with other associates as much as I'd like.

Pros

Leadership all the way from the top to the newer employees care about the firm and the culture and the work that we do. Everyone knows everyone else in each office and across the firm for the most part. People are helpful and willing to work together to get the most value for the clients and each other.

Cons

Long hours at peak times. Not a bad thing, just a growing pain, but leadership is dedicated and investing rapidly in the firm and the employees to continue to grow.

Pros

SullivanCotter has been a great place to work. It's small enough that you feel like your individual contributions matter, but large enough to have good internal infrastructure and be a key player in the market. The pay is competitive, the benefits are truly outstanding. Leadership is trustworthy and growth minded. Highly recommend.

Cons

Employees are spread out across the country. To work here, you have to be comfortable collaborating virtually.
