Market leader in the services they provide. Growing firm with very good compensation and fantastic benefits.

Cons

The company has grown significantly and needs to build better support services and structures. Due to the additional of numerous people, the firm keeps reorganizing and needs to stick to a structure for a period of time.

Very competitive base compensation and bonus. Company has never missed their bonus funding. Talented employees get noticed here and have really great opportunities to learn and grow in their career. Direct access to all levels of senior executives and leadership. Very collaborative work culture - employees genuinely care for their colleagues.

Cons

None - this is a great place to work. I wish I would have joined this Firm much earlier.
