Pros

Work hard play hard mentality - if you put in the work you will definitely reap the benefits and feel rewarded for all of your efforts. Flexibility - they weren’t too strict about work from home prior to COVID which was a huge benefit to me, and now it seems like there may be a shift to a more hybrid model once we come out of the pandemic People - so far, everyone here is very caring and loves to watch younger people succeed in their careers. Team leads are strategic in your development and will take the time to help you find what you need to grow. Competitive pay and benefits - I feel like the total compensation package can’t be beat Overall, this company has been a pleasant experience in the couple of years that I’ve worked here and I don’t see it going downhill anytime soon.

Cons

Work life balance - although WFH has helped, there are times that I feel overwhelmed with the amount of work in a given week with pressing timelines that are hard to juggle at times Company communication - I feel like there are at times initiatives in the company that are brought up and get people excited, only to not get any follow up once the hype is over.

Pros

Annual bonus, profit-sharing plan, some interesting projects and clients if you can maneuver onto the right team

Cons

As an analyst, you are considered to be a widget-maker and are treated as such. There is high turnover in most offices. No one in upper management can seem to figure out why: There are too many titles in this firm and too few leaders. While the average client may see good consulting work product, that client isn’t seeing how people treat each other inside the firm in order to produce that work product.
