      Easy with minimal benefits

      Pros

      Low stress job with only a few coworkers that you interact with on a daily basis. Job comes with health insurance and 401k.

      Cons

      You have to use your PTO on mandatory holidays. PTO accrual rate is very low. Insurance through Summas own company but you still pay copays to be seen at own job. Communication in the company is messy and unorganized. Training is totally up to who your MOC is.
