Great immediate coworkers which is the only positive.
Cons
Horrible patient loads Unrealistic expectations No RVU, No Bonuses Horrible communication Treated like a RN who makes money Expected to work on down time for free Told frequently only doctors matter Benefits are not good PTO as bad as when I was a RN Expected to care for all office patients as they are "summa" patients Given it's "policy" but there isn't one on most questions Legally liable for doctors mistakes when seeing other PCP patients No backing from management or the new kings/queens
