Pros

DailyPay but that’s about it.

Cons

Management sucks, the communication is nonexistent. They pull all of your aides for sitter cases and leave the nurses with no help. So you’re the aide and nurse. I have a 2 week notice and due to my manager being on vacation, they put me in as a no call no show. HR is terrible with giving clear responses. The way some of those nurses talked about the patients, I wouldn’t send my worse enemy there.
