So much potential

Pros

Some of the hardest working nurses I have met. It has the potential to be an absolute beautiful facility. It is in a booming location thanks to University of Akron. They are expanding and they do amazing work.

Cons

The pay is awful. I can't believe that they cap their nurses out after 6 years. They understaff horribly. They wont even let people work overtime when the whole unit is suffering. At many facilities I've worked at, if they need help then they will offer people double bonus and what not... this facility turn down help.

Pros

Office hours are good. Doctors are mostly genuine to patients. Locations of offices and facilities for testing spread throughout communities.

Cons

Lack of communication to staff as it seems like everything is secret. Our livelihood never taken into consideration as unnecessary cuts to much needed staff, ran poorly!
