      Leadership listens. Roles are changed and updated based on skills and culture. The CEO truly listens and wants the best for the organization. Very supportive of females in leadership roles.

      Constant high paced growth means there can be confusion on who owns what and everyone has to double down on effort and hours at times.

      The leadership at Summit 7 really cares about their employees, and pushes us to be excellent and bring that excellence to our Clients. Competitive pay and benefits. There are always challenges to work on, so never bored!
