Pros

Good benefits and training Leaders!

Cons

Poor management and and no life balance even though they promote that that is important to the company. Treat employees like children and don’t realize that sometimes life gets in the way and they require Some variance from Policy. Want you to be ready for an 8:00 AM video conference and schedule you to arrive at 8 o’clock. But if you are over three minutes late, you are considered tardy and verbally Written up without any consideration as to why. Very poor business decisions regarding their employees

Major Pros, Major Cons

Pros

Benefits are hard to beat, especially health insurance quality and 1.5x pay on weekends for full time employees

Cons

Organization is incredibly messy, disorganized, and demands a lot from employees without adequate return. Training is almost nonexistent for member-facing roles, if you're new to the industry I'd try my hand elsewhere first. Work/life balance is not encouraged or respected.

Pros

Helping people learn and understand their finances and reach their goals

Cons

Short staffed. Credit union taking on more branches not hiring more staff. Not offering solution for burnout told you can take wellness days whenever you need to but need to use your own vacation time which they pretty much force you to schedule at the beginning of the year or vacation calendar is so full your not able to schedule any time at all. Have people from other depts answering contact center calls on top of the work load they already have
