Pros

Option to work from home but not for the first several months. Decent benefits

Cons

Low pay, told to work nights and weekends AFTER signing on for work. In depth training but this isn’t for someone who has no training in banking as they claim. Not comfortable

Pros

If you live in the Madison area, locations are very busy. Potential for growth is also possible

Cons

Perfect attendance is required to be considered for any other position if you desire to change within the company. Each branch runs things a bit differently. Company is very "women" focused. I am a woman, and I was offended how many products were specifically geared towards women and Summits want/need to help them. Seemed a bit sexist in my opinion and strange to be frank. Also ZERO ability to work overtime, so absolutely no potential or option to make more than your base salary.
