- Many benefits contingent on meeting unrealistic expectations. - The company continues to focus on aggressive expansion while ignoring the fact that many of its facilities and branches are quite literally falling apart. It’s just not sustainable. - Company culture can feel cliquey - different departments don’t communicate effectively to each other leading to situations that negatively impact members and employees - lots of difficult members leads to getting burnt out very quickly - working on Saturdays and mandatory call nights
