      The benefits were the only thing keeping me there.

      Cons

      Company kept increasing sales goals but making them harder to meet. Lack of competent branch managers Help desk is rude

      Pros

      fun people & environment, benefits are awesome, bonus based on company and goal performance, occasional incentives for sales/random goal.

      Cons

      Growth is there but sometime there is no clear guide how to get there, the company is proud about supporting employees development but in reality management is too busy to help you get to the next level even when you already did everything you can to meet the requirement and have enough experience. Also, need to review pay rate based on current employees' experience and performance.
