Good coworkers, pretty easy to take time off, plenty of Professional Development opportunities, some paid time for volunteering

Cons

A lot of time on the phone, upper management, branch staff expectations, lower pay than other area financials, felt bait-and-switched by constantly changing job expectations, salary is only reviewed annually
