Pros

-Pay was decent for a customer facing position -Decent free gym access if you're lucky enough to live near the HQ building -Decent bonuses sometimes

Cons

-Long operating hours, frequently working 10hr days -Company culture kind of icky. Whatever they preach is their mission doesn't really align with day to day operation. -Promotion scale is based on if you can meet sales goals and not any additional responsibilities you are given. You can be multiple other titles/job responsibilities without seeing any increase in pay for them. -Hypocritical management
