Really cares about their employees....Okay benefits

Cons

Low pay or at less lowball employees would rather externally hiring vs promoting within no branches in the metro milwaukee area and dont plan on opening a branch near either. Senior Management should have more diverse on the board.

Helping people learn and understand their finances and reach their goals

Cons

Short staffed. Credit union taking on more branches not hiring more staff. Not offering solution for burnout told you can take wellness days whenever you need to but need to use your own vacation time which they pretty much force you to schedule at the beginning of the year or vacation calendar is so full your not able to schedule any time at all. Have people from other depts answering contact center calls on top of the work load they already have
