Pros

nice benefit and compensation package

Cons

Office politics run amock. Get labeled a "trouble-maker" for offering suggestions or criticism of how things are done. Bullied into donating funds to the United Way. Promotions given to those that are liked by management rather than those with merit. Pressured into doing unethical things so the company would receive positive audits. Preach a nice set of values, but the company utterly fails in recognizing them in their culture.

Summit can be a fun and friendly work environment. They care about their members and their coworkers.

Cons

Stress levels can rise from time to time, but not unexpected within a financial organization.
