Pros

There are opportunities here to collaborate and use your skills in many areas. We are focused on our members' best interest. There is a dedication to employee development and great health insurance.

Cons

Because Summit is a leader in the credit union movement and in financial education, the pace is fast and we look ahead a lot, so it is not for the faint of heart.

Pros

Fun environment, good coworkers and bosses. Banker's hours aren't terrible. Good starting position to learn the financial industry.

Cons

Only negative would be not being able to pick up more hours if you wanted to or the branch needed staffing. Sale numbers became much more important just before I left.
