Pros

Fun and unique place to work

Cons

Benefit plan is very limited, and the lower management is horrible. They do not lead by example and the branches are very segregated. Not a very good experience at all.

Great Benefits, Flexibilty Depends on Department

Pros

The health insurance package is good, but the 401k package is great. I contribute 5%, and they contribute 10% (5% defined benefit, and 5% at market). Salaries seems to be a bit below market.

Cons

Advancement within the company is very difficult. Even with management support growth is hard. Flexibility depends upon the department, some areas are very friendly, others make taking vacation nearly impossible.
