Pros

Very progressive. good training, room for advancement. Talented employees.

Cons

VP Retail. Losing top tier employees rapidly. instead of grooming them for future with credit union, losing them because of short sightedness. Too much power for that position. Very wasteful and leaves a bad image for Credit Union and the Branch.. New Hire Managers quitting in less than 30 days?? Bullying is not a proper management technique.

Pros

Fair pay, great benefits, good coworkers. I enjoyed working there, and my wife still does. I still help my wife in community events that represent the credit union.

Cons

Lots of office politics!! There was always 'back-stabbing' and managers playing favorites, and being very obvious about it.
