Pros

-Benefits are decent but not as great as they try to hype -Good stepping stone to work your way up into finance if you can hang that long -Some remote work opportunities

Cons

-Management heavy -Too focused on numbers and not the employees doing the actual work -Understaffed -Force you to work in other departments you were not hired for (esp. call center) -Management accepts those who kiss up over employees who actually work hard and efficiently -Not as diverse as they want to portray

Pros

Profit sharing Nice coworkers Community support programs

Cons

RTO has started, even for employees who were hired into full remote positions Expect employees to be in office at least 2 days a week but the cafeteria is barely mediocre Environment and culture has drastically changed in the last year and it's not like it used to be Preach diversity and inclusion and then give barely a month notice to make people come into the office, which adversely affects women, neurodivergent folks, etc.
